Qont Trade In Program

Trade In Your Qont System

The Qont Trade In Program gives customers a simple way to upgrade to the latest systems. Any Qont system can be traded in, including legacy models. Credits are issued directly to the customer’s Qont Account and can be used toward new purchases or upgrades. The process is designed to be accessible, consistent, and clear, with specialists available to assist where needed.

How Trade In Works

Customers can start the process online through this page, through their Qont Account, or by speaking with a QontCare Specialist. Once an application is submitted, Qont reviews the details, provides an estimated credit value, and gives instructions for device submission. Customers can proceed or decline at any time.

Eligible Systems

Every Qont system purchased directly from Qont is eligible for trade in. This includes all current and legacy models. Credits are determined by condition, model, and generation. Older systems may return a reduced amount, while newer systems may receive higher values. All evaluations are handled consistently and without bias.

Condition and Evaluation

Qont accepts systems in any condition. Working, damaged, incomplete, or non-functional systems can be submitted. Unsafe or unverifiable systems may require additional checks. Depending on condition, customers may receive full credit, partial credit, or symbolic minimum credit. Credits are always communicated before the customer accepts the trade in.

Credit Issuing

After evaluation, credit is deposited into the customer’s Qont Account. Credits can be used on eligible upgrades, purchases, or services. Credits cannot be converted to cash. All credits remain connected to the customer’s verified account for secure use.

Upgrade Pathways

Trade in customers are given access to personalised upgrade options. QontCare Specialists can help identify the right system based on how the customer uses PRI. Upgrades may include the latest PRI engines, cloud access, or improved reliability options.

Fairness and Transparency

The program uses a structured evaluation framework so every customer receives consistent and fair credit. Every step is visible through the Qont Account. There are no hidden fees or penalties. Decisions are explained clearly, including how credit values were reached.

Legacy System Support

Legacy systems are fully accepted. Some may qualify for reduced or symbolic credit. Even when a credit amount is low, legacy systems can still be responsibly recycled or repurposed within Qont’s secure infrastructure.

How to Get Started

Customers can begin by submitting a trade in application on this page. They can also reach out through QontCare or from inside their Qont Account. A specialist will guide them through every step and ensure a smooth transition to the next system.
