System Requirements
This page outlines the supported environments and requirements for using Qont through browser access, Qont Cloud services, PRI models, API integrations, and personal system applications. Requirements are structured to ensure consistent performance, secure access, and stable operation across modern devices. Qont is designed to operate in practical environments without demanding specialised hardware, but minimum standards still apply for reliability.
Browser access
Qont works on modern browsers that follow current web standards. The system requires a stable connection, updated browser versions, and JavaScript enabled. Performance may vary on outdated or unsupported browsers.
Supported browsers include:
• Latest versions of Chrome
• Latest versions of Safari
• Latest versions of Edge
• Latest versions of Firefox
Older versions may operate but are not guaranteed to meet performance reliability standards.
API integrations
Developers can access PRI engines through secure API endpoints. Requirements depend on how the integration is set up, but the environment must support:
• HTTPS requests
• JSON handling
• Secure environment variables
• Basic server-side or application-side networking
• Standard request limits based on plan or usage tier
Systems using API calls must ensure their infrastructure is secure, stable, and able to process direct responses from Qont without interruption.
Qont Cloud Console
The Qont Cloud Console requires:
• A modern browser
• A stable connection
• An active Qont account
• A supported authentication flow
The console is not a dashboard for usage management. It provides access to support, plans, and account information.
Device requirements
Qont supports a wide range of modern devices. Personal computers, tablets, and smartphones must meet basic practical standards:
• Updated operating system within a supported lifecycle
• Adequate processing power for browser based interfaces
• Ability to maintain stable connectivity
There are no specialised hardware requirements for consumer access.
Performance considerations
System performance depends on network conditions, device capability, and integration design. PRI models are engineered to operate quickly, though response speed may vary between series. PRI S2 is built for higher performance, while PRI S1 remains stable for general and legacy use.
Data and network expectations
Qont may require the following for proper function:
• A stable connection for cloud based calls
• Secure environments for API usage
• Sufficient bandwidth for high volume requests
Internal system performance does not depend on user hardware. Qont processes risks through secure backend systems and returns structured outputs.
Privacy and compliance note
Qont does not sell or misuse user data. System requirements do not involve invasive device scanning or collection practices. Qont only processes the information submitted through integrations or browser use, and all operations follow internal compliance standards to the best of our ability across relevant jurisdictions.
Legal note
This page describes general compatibility expectations. Actual performance may vary depending on the user environment. Qont continuously updates supported systems as technology evolves.
