Eligibility
The program is available to Qont employees and approved contractors. Eligibility is confirmed through internal HR checks and a formal review of submitted documentation by QontCare. Both steps are required to protect the integrity of the program and ensure that only authorised individuals obtain access to discounted systems.
Program Structure
Eligible participants receive a standard discount of twenty percent on Qont systems and QontCloud access. This standard discount may be used multiple times each year within internal policy limits. In addition to the standard benefit, participants can access one major Employee Plan Discount every three years. This larger benefit applies to major plans and provides thirty five percent off. These two discount tiers operate together to support employees and contractors while maintaining responsible internal controls.
Verification and Approval
Verification begins when an applicant submits proof of their employment or contractor status through the secure form on this page or when they contact QontCare directly. Once documentation is reviewed, approval is issued through a secure email from QontCare and an internal HR confirmation message. Discount misuse results in automatic suspension without exceptions. This protects the program and ensures consistent standards across the group.
How It Works
Participants submit the required documents, complete the verification form and wait for confirmation. When approved, they receive a unique staff-only discount code. This code is required for all purchases made under the program and is linked to the individual applicant. Codes cannot be shared, transferred or used on behalf of others. Qont monitors all discount activity to maintain program integrity and ensure compliance with internal responsibilities.
