Jordan J. Elliott
Founder & Chief Executive Officer, Qont
Jordan J. Elliott is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Qont, the company that created Portable Risk Intelligence (PRI) and established it as a new technology discipline. He leads the organisation with a combined mindset of engineer and executive, shaping both the long-term architecture of Qont’s systems and the direction of the group as a private global company.
Elliott’s interest in technology began in childhood, first through hands-on engineering with materials and later through a deep focus on computing. That early foundation built a practical understanding of how systems behave, how they break, and how they can be designed to work reliably at scale. As he grew older, he recognised a gap in how the world managed everyday risk. Risk management tools existed, but they were narrow—focused on cyber or limited to static assessments. There was no technology designed to understand risk across real environments, real scenarios, and real human decision-making.
Seeing this gap, Elliott built the first Portable Risk Intelligence system and formed Qont around it. His work established PRI as a standalone discipline and positioned Qont as the organisation responsible for developing, maintaining, and advancing it. Under his leadership, Qont remains privately controlled, engineering-driven, and focused on strengthening global access to dependable risk intelligence.
Elliott keeps a low public profile and prefers to work behind the systems. He is known for long-term thinking, technical depth, and an applied approach to engineering—qualities that continue to shape Qont’s philosophy: solve the world’s “what ifs” with clarity, discipline, and independence.
