Customers with QontCare now get repair booking access

QontCare and QontCare for Business now include repair booking access for software issues. If something in your Qont setup is not working, you can book a repair review from your Qont Account. The goal is simple. Give customers a clear path to diagnosis and resolution without guessing what to try next.

How it works

You submit a repair request and tell us what went wrong. The team reviews the issue, runs a diagnosis, and confirms the next step. If we can repair the software we will. If we cannot repair it we will explain why and provide an upgrade discount on a case by case basis. This keeps the process transparent so you know what is happening and why.

Booking and required details

Repairs are booked through your Qont Account. Have the basics ready so the team can act fast. Include the error type, the exact message, the time it happened, and the QOS model you were using. Clear information helps reduce back and forth and shortens the path to a fix.

Availability, countries and fees

Repair booking access is available to customers on QontCare and QontCare for Business in selected countries. The program will be fully operational by the end of 2025. Diagnostic and repair fees may apply. Premiums may apply for urgent bookings. Full terms and conditions are listed in the Legal Library and apply to every repair request.

Outcomes and next steps

If a repair succeeds your service returns to normal and you receive a summary of what changed. If a repair is not possible you receive a clear reason and a tailored upgrade discount where eligible. To begin sign in to your Qont Account, open repair booking, enter the issue details, and submit your request.
